All sales are final.  Due to the personal nature of the products, Essentials is not able to accept returns.  However, customer satisfaction is important.  If there is an issue with your order, contact Essentials within 7 days of delivery and our customer care service department will work to resolve the issue which may include at their sole discretion sending a replacement product or issuing a store credit.
