Shipping Policy

Standard product orders ship within 7 days.  Options include 3 day and ground shipping.  Room sprays can only ship via ground.


Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.  Due to the personal nature of the products, Essentials is not able to accept returns.  However, we value our customers and are committed to customer satisfaction.  If there is an issue with your order, please contact Essentials within 7 days of delivery and our customer care service department will work to resolve the issue which may include at their sole discretion sending a replacement product or issuing a store credit.
